Youth March to City Hall for Good Jobs!

Youth all over Houston have been writing Mayor Sylvester Turner and City Council letters as to why we need the Good Jobs Ordinance: (1) family sustaining wages and benefits, (2) second chance jobs and (3) affordable housing.
Now, these youth will be marching to hand deliver these letters to Mayor Turner and City Council in person. We are looking for ANY youth participants (ages 3 – 17) and their adult guardians to come and join us!
Training and snacks provided. Meet at 9:00 AM at our office at 2404 Caroline for orientation before we head out to City Council together.
