TPI Anti-Violence Committee Meeting

If you are interested in doing something to address violence against trans and gender nonconforming folks? From general discrimination and stigma to dealing with police harassment and violence, come get involved and be part of the solution! The Anti-Violence Committee meets the second Wednesday of every month!

Be a part of YOUR family and YOUR community finding ways to solve anti-trans violence.

Suggestions that the committee has put forward to work on (these can change based on participation):

– designing a “know your rights” card for street outreach
– organizing a “Let’s Talk About It” forum and discussion with guest speakers addressing sex work safety and harm reduction, PrEP access (including doctors willing to work with target populations)
– other ideas are invited!
