TOP is a statewide grassroots, member-based, community organization consisting of over 130,000 low and moderate-income families with neighborhood groups across Texas. Our mission is to promote social and economic equality for low to moderate income Texans through community organizing, advocacy, and voter engagement.
TOP leaders have been working hard to ensure that our County and State work for low and moderate income families, particularly our communities of color – ensuring reinvestment into low-income neighborhoods, fighting for good jobs, advocating for the rights of immigrants, guaranteeing that our children have good, well-funded schools, ensuring access to health care for all Texans, and calling for responsible use of our tax dollars.
