Resource Center presents a brand new series to educate and empower the community: THE 2017 TEXAS LEGISLATURE–THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY featuring Rafael McDonnell, Communication and Advocacy Manager. This event will look at the bills filed in the 2017 Texas Legislature that will positively and negatively affect the LGBTQ and HIV-positive community.
