Public Hearing on Gas Plants Proposal

At the urging of citizens, the city council will hold a public hearing on whether to build two gas-fired power plants in Denton. This project has been projected to cost upwards of 220 million dollars and will put more emissions into our already F-quality air. We believe there are better solutions that will not leave our children further polluted and further in debt. Please bring your friends and families and come voice your suggestions for a better future.
