KNOW YOUR RIGHTS to receive a high-quality public education!

Texas just passed a new law, HB 674, requiring schools to come up with a better approach to student misbehavior than suspensions for our youngest students. Pre-K through 2nd grade students across Texas will no longer be pushed out of school and put on the path to dropping out and landing in prison at such a young age.
