Gotta Move Event

A couple weeks ago, TPI was informed that we had to move from our current location (along with all other tenants) because the building has been sold and reportedly will be demolished.

We’ve found a great new space! And now we need to get there. Address is 614 West Davis, Dallas 75208 (above Bolsa Restaurant).

We don’t have a lot, and most is small (files really are the largest part of what we have), but there are some larger items that we need help with! We do have to do this all between April 16 and 21, so here are the deets!

Schedule:
April 15, Nell starts packing things; stop for project meeting @ 5pm

April 16, Nell at both locations moving small things by car

. . . . . . Alexander Kujak available unless work calls

April 17, Nell at both locations moving small things by car
. . . . . . Theo Johnson, available, has big Pilot (hold file cabinet?)
. . . . . . Jabriel Williamson available in the morning
. . . . . . stop for Prison Letter Workshop @ 6-8pm

April 18, no moving due to events 9am to late evening

April 19, Nell at both locations moving small things by car
. . . . . . stop for Prison Committee meeting @ 6-9pm

What we need:
1) a truck to carry a file cabinet, chairs, shelves, small love seat, floor rugs — that’s the large stuff
2) three people (+ Nell) to help carry the file cabinet up and down stairs — it’s heavy! Other things are less heavy and I think I can get all with one helper.
