CinéWilde has a special Valentine’s for our Fabulous Fans – the 1996 love story “Beautiful Thing”!
Openly gay playwright Jonathan Harvey adapts his play “Beautiful Thing” for the silver screen telling the sweet story of Boy Meets Boy. In a time when Hollywood predominantly depicted queer characters as criminals, dying of AIDs, or quirky best friends “Beautiful Thing” is a breath of fresh air proving same gender love is not just beautiful but normal.
